Taking into account our analysis of recent sales in your neighborhood and comparable properties, together we'll determine the list price for your home. When you choose to move forward with Benge Redding, the next step will be to sign the Listing Agreement.
Now it's time to prepare your home for market
At this point, we'll manage every detail of getting your home ready for market. We'll work together to determine the level of marketing exposure you want for your home—and craft a tailored marketing strategy that you feel both completely confident in and comfortable with.
Stay in the know
Never—at any point throughout your selling experience with us—will you wonder what's happening or what's next. Depending on how we've decided we'll market your home, we'll manage the creation and distribution of targeted ad campaigns, direct mail pieces, Open Houses, and other marketing campaigns to attract more buyers. And often, buyers simply come from tapping William Raveis' extensive, family-owned network of luxury real estate associates.
We'll finalize the details of your sale
Once your buyer (or buyers) submits an offer, we'll negotiate every term in the contract—from purchase price to closing costs to contingencies to timeframe to lenders to the settlement date and more—to ensure you walk away with the best possible outcome after a smooth closing.
